COASTHazar alumnus Clenmar Rowe has recently been granted the Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation by Engineers Nova Scotia, Canada. This prestigious credential represents a significant achievement in the engineering profession, recognizing both technical competence and a commitment to the highest standards of professional practice and ethics.

Clenmar completed the COASTHazar programme in 2024. He focused on coastal risk assessment and climate resilience, exploring how global datasets and innovative modelling approaches can support coastal decision making, particularly in data-scarce regions. Clenmar now works as a Coastal/Civil Engineer at COASTHazar Associated Partner CBCL Limited in Canada, where he contributes to projects that strengthen coastal resilience and adaptation.

The COASTHazar community is proud to see our graduates making meaningful contributions to coastal engineering and resilience around the world. Clenmar's accomplishment demonstrates how the knowledge, skills, and international perspective gained through the programme can support successful professional careers and positive societal impact.

We congratulate Clenmar on this well-deserved recognition and wish him continued success in his career as a coastal engineer.
